There is only one constant in life: change.
If there is one constant in life, it is change. I thrive on new challenges, speed, and complexity. Athletic in body and soul, I love scuba diving to explore below the surface and skiing to reach the peaks. I believe in movement and fresh starts, as long as they leave lasting achievements.
I have lived in 10 countries and worked in approximately 70. Travel is a form of continuous education, and I see my career as a permanent journey. After graduating from LSE and receiving an MBA from Stanford, I forged communications and development strategies for media companies, publishing firms and audiovisual and musical production. I honed my business and marketing skills by working in the banking and investment world, and also helped coaching and employee development firms to expand considerably.
I am just as interested in helping large corporate chains grow as I am in supporting entrepreneurs to implement their ideas and business plans. I myself have worked as both an employee and independent consultant. Through my work with the Wall Street Journal, Goldman Sachs, Bertelsmann or Tony Robbins, to name but a few, I have developed strong personal relationships in a wide range of environments.
The common denominator of all these experiences is undeniably the fact that I can bring about change. You can’t lead or make decisions without first understanding. To get a team of managers and employees to work toward new goals, you first have to convey the importance and challenges of change, much like a conductor gets the orchestra to play in true harmony. I love to adapt to different situations, observe and put myself in other people’s shoes. In today’s world of multiple communications channels, there is still little substitute for working with people face to face.
The course of my life is made up of meeting with fascinating personalities and building captivating projects. I aspire to be continuously on the move. I deeply appreciate giving a helping hand in seeing projects evolve, and have ambitions geared towards growth. Staying flexible and agile, I transform, create value, or bring power. In the coming months, the world economy will have to be rebuilt differently. I want to be part of the decision-makers, who will lead the world to change sustainably after this crucial test we face. And this work begins today.
